Productivity Pleasure
Everything is coming along with the sale of Regular & Decaf. Either by the end of this week or early next week orders will be able to be taken both online (www.regularanddecaf.com) and via a toll free number (1-800-707-4756). I was up early today redesigning the letterhead for Risen Man Publishing, and it looks quite professional. Although I have been selling the book off my person for the past week to acquaintences I have run into, the official release and premier of the book will be in nine days. I need everything up and running by then; I'm not stressed about it though, for it looks like I will make that deadline.
I am so thoroughly enjoying starting and running my own business; it is quite a thrill. There is a lot of work to get done, but I view working on this endeavor more like playtime. And it is rewarding to see everything coming to fruition.
It was been at least five years since I had last worked. That is because of the disability caused by schizophrenia. But today, I'm the healthiest I have ever been since getting diagnosed. I almost feel like I'm going to make a total recovery from this illness—almost anyway. Working and being productive has been very important in giving me a more meaningful life. I was content in life before I started working again, but now my contentment has started turning to joy. It is simply unbelievable. The only question I'm asking myself now is, "How long will this all last?"
